The first day we went in my husband was approached rudely by a younger employee about wearing a mask, AS HE WAS PUTTING HIS MASK ON. You may need to talk to your staff on when its appropriate and when it is not to approach someone, if they're in the process of putting it on at the door leave it alone. They have an okay selection, some sizes were out but with the holidays its understandable. Fitting rooms are still inaccessible.
This AE is ok I’d rather shop online. The staff is rude, I asked if they price match to online and they said no! Customer service is important, rather than hassling me about my two year old with a mask. The store is pretty empty not much in size range available!
The service there was horrible! My friend shopped there & was never offered help with her selection. When she went to pay, she was treated like she was an inconvenience to the cashier. We won't shop there again!
They have, I believe the best jeans!
Cashier was nice and patient with me, very sweet :).
