The store its self isn't bad its clean and the staff is nice. Just the clothes are made cheap. The seams on my pants came out after like 3 months. I only wash in the washing machine and air dry so the wont fade.( because 1 pair did when I dried them on cool)
It's got what you need for a good price. Great selection for jeans. Shirts are comfortable and affordable. The selection is pretty good. The staff is quite helpful also.
I am tall and somewhere along the line, they've stopped making jeans for tall girls. This used to be my go to place for jeans. I don't know what happened with this company. TALL GIRLS NEED JEANS TOO.

Well, I found out today that there is no employee support at this Gap Factory. A customer (who was from Africa) wanted someone who was of a lighter skin to complete his transaction.He also stated, because he had an oilfield job, it gave him Carte Blanche to treat her how he wished. The young lady (who was black) addressed him and told him everyone was busy, but she was available to finish. He then used profanity and proceeded to cause a commotion, calling the employee a black (B@+#$) and other vulgar obscenities. Another customer who overhead his rants, spoke to the employee and offered support and admonished the customer for his behavior. The Manager, who was nowhere near, asked what happened and called the employee rude for trying to help the customer. That's some company support! Guess I'll go back to online shopping. #CustomerLostAtThisLocation
