Very disappointed in the sales rep and the cleanliness of the store. She was absolutely no help and acted like we were a bother. There are plenty of other places to shop in Midland that I'm sure will be happy to have business. On a side note, if you require a mask, you should have them available for customers who have forgotten them.
Go somewhere else. These folks are very rude and the whole staff looks like they are in High School. No professionalism at all. I will never use them again. They don't even deserve the one star that I had to give to leave this review.
The staff is rude and unattentive. I highly recommend it Jos A Bank if you're shopping for fine men's clothing in Midland.
If I could leave no stars I would. Never thought I would inconvenience my family by sending them here for rentals for my wedding. Everyone had a bad experience and all employees but one had horrible attitudes. Not a single rental was correct and they refused to take accountability, it was all “my families fault”. I would not recommend at all and will not return again. Even when my husband was customizing his suit, they refused to talk to me because “I was not gonna wear the suit”. Their customer service staff absolutely needs to change.
