Mr. Jackson was a God sent. I thought i had dialed the number to the office located on Big Spring street but instead reached Roosevelt Jackson at a different location. Mr. Jackson was having issues with phones and he would call me back until he was able to hear me. VERY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ive passed on contact information to numerous people.
