I want to like them so so much, but I just can't. I came around yo give this place a second try because I used to love JJ but frequented a different location. I ran into the same issues this time as last:nnIt's so hard to communicate with the cashier! My orders for both of my sandwiches were wrong, with more than one missed ingredient. And for some reason I was given a third sandwich which I magically paid for that I didn't order as well. The turkey meat was lacking in the quality department and the bread felt like I was chewing something that had been out for two days. There was also Avocado spread on my sandwich- which was conveniently hidden between two slices of cheese and could barely be tasted. Might as well have not even put it on there because I'm pregnant and if I couldn't taste it I can promise no one else can. For the price I'd appreciate a better experience and slightly better ingredients. I guess I will just continue to go to Firehouse in the future.

I love their sandwiches and my recent visit they failed again to disappoint. I ordered the Gargantuan and it fits the name. Stuffed with every kind of meat imaginable, it was delicious and fulfilling. I ordered the regular and you can easily make two meals out of it. I don't know how they make them so fast and so good but they do.

I don’t believe I have ever written a review for an establishment, but I had such an overwhelmingly good experience with my little john sandwich today that I literally went right back and got another one. I am a frequent Jimmy Johns customer, but I order from a different location off of Anderson Mill at least twice a week. I don’t want to speak ill of them because they make great sandwiches, but the one I had tonight from this Cedar Park location kinda showed me how superior their bread and overall attention to detail is in comparison to the Anderson Mill location. I haven’t had a sandwich that good in years. And I was afraid the second one that I went back for wouldn’t be able to compare, but it was exactly the same!!! I was able to confirm that Alex make my sandwiches tonight. Jimmy John’s, give that man a raise. Thank you so much!!

Free smells! Always a good sandwich. Always a friendly staff. Always quick service. Fresh cut meat that has not been sliced and wrapped in paper. You know that other place....

I just wanted to comment on this location of Jimmy John's. I'm usually a big fan of Jimmy John's I will no longer be doing business with them as the rudeness of the employees and the shift leader/manager. They were rude to the customers in front of us and when we got to the counter they were rude to us as well, very snippy and un attentive acting like we were putting them out for coming in and giving them business. The second part of my experience was how unsanitized the store was. The sneeze guards were horrific as well as the counters were left with bleach rags sitting next to the food on the counter after they dip them in the bleach bucket, how they pass inspection is beyond me!
