Made an order for pickup. Order a couple pizzas and the Hershey’s triple chocolate brownie. They handed me multiple boxes. Assumed the brownie was in one of the boxes. Get home, open my boxes and find out the brownie is missing. I call the Pizza Hut and I’m put on hold. Was on hold for 5 minutes before I decided to drive back to the Pizza Hut. I stayed on hold while I was driving to the PH. At like 12 minutes of being on hold, someone picked up and hung up right away. I called again and it put me on hold again. Same thing happened after 6 minutes. I finally arrive. And they give me a brownie that felt like it had been made that morning.

Well ww ordered a pizza and chocolate chip cookie pie and it was supposed to be ready at 1303 at 1305 I was asked to move to a parking spot and told my pizza was almost ready and they would bring it out to me. Ten minutes later I got it. No apology or anything.

The dive through line was very long so I tried to go inside the lobby and was told it was closed which I completely understand but obviously not all of the employees where award of this fact because one of them was asking me what I need before a woman, who I assume to be the manager, came out of the back and said the lobby was closed. I don't understand why they didn't have the front door locked if this was the case. The pickup drive thru was managed very poorly and took forever. None of the employees where wearing their masks correctly, all of the employees I saw had their nose hanging out and the guy that gave me my pizza kept pulling his mask down to speak. When we receive the box I realized that their was no safety seal on my box. Given all of their lax safety precautions I don't feel comfortable eating the pizza I received, it wouldn't surprise me to find out this place is a vector of community spread of covid-19.

Order a couple pizzas and the preparation time come to be between 68 min and 88 minutes, not big deal I can wait. The problem was, that when the pizza is ready for delivery and we got a notification that was the pizza under way. That is good right, however 50 minutes later the pizzas arrive cold! Not a really good experience. In addition they place a seal in the pizza box that it said, until I received the pizza I'm the one open it, well in one of the boxes the seal was already cut, so not much of pizza night for us.
