I am not familiar with this law firm, as I was calling to discuss some information for a case. The first question for the automated caller is to press 1 for English. The next is that you are entitled to $100 rebate, and to press 1 for details. I waited momentarily after pressing 1, then 1. The next voice was a sped up version of a message, making it sound mousy. I hung up.

Not only will she not return your calls, she or some in your staff will hack your emails to protect her incompetence. Don’t trust her, if she calls you early in morning to talk to you, record the call. I’m 73 y/o and she took advantage of my trust for her. She will be reported to bar. I had to give one star to post

We had a renter who was breaking the lease after she let the property become over run with rodents. I asked for review of lease, enforcement and damages. I think MARY Dale herself is awesome and very knowledgeable. Her assistance was invaluable. She always reached out to me when I emailed her with questions. However, I also hired them to review my standard lease. She turned this over to a legal aide and charged me hundreds for a lease that was full of text mistakes and details that were not relavent to my property, and it even included a description of my property which was clearly incorrect. It was terrible and totally unusable. I was incredibly unhappy and decided to not go any further. I was still charged hundreds of dollars for her assistant legal aide time when I easily could've downloaded someone else's lease and used it, as I believe her asst did, for $25-50. I was floored. So, that's my experience, and it's sad. I really liked MARY, but had never had to seek help for our rentals in 25+ years of renting our properties. It was new to me. I am more knowledgeable now and have learned a great deal.
