The team at Generator Supercenter have been “super”. They were very attentive throughout the process and their prices were slightly less than the competition. . I liked the fact that the price was “all in” and they didn’t exclude the permitting and related items. Although I don’t know the current backlog with Generac,, the long pole was coordinating with the city services. They handled it all.nnWe’ve had to use it twice so far since we got it 6 weeks ago. We pay for annual monitoring service and got calls from them to check up on me. That was nice!nnIt was an expensive investment but after the last 6 weeks it has been “priceless”. It has run over 20 hrs so far.nnAs a bonus, it has a whole house energy monitor that works with your phone, so I can walk around the house, turning on appliances, and now know my coffee maker pulls 1kw! Who knew?!nnGood luck!

We had generators installed at our home to power our 3 houses and well. TJ has been amazing at solving any of the issues that have cropped up and has monitored our generators through their monitoring service contract.nWe have really appreciated having this safety net - especially after the 5 day power outage we had with the recent winter storms.nTheir customer service is gold star!
