Went to buy some chocolate and a few bags of chips. Not a single worker at the front to ring people out. We used the self checkout and decided we didnt want the chocolate bars but needed an employee to remove them from the cart. No one around. So we left everything on the front counter and walked out. Bad management.
Becky goes above and beyond to help anyone. The patience of that woman is remarkable. Very helpful even fixed my issue while it was slammed packed. Thank you for being in the health care field, people don't understand the stress and chaos working with people's medications. Becky - you rock
this CVS is perfect, it has never been too crowded, it is always clean and shopable, the staff Is friendly and knowledgeable, you can even order photo prints online and pick them up in-store. I highly reccomend getting the ExtraCare card the discounts and rewards/ coupons are unbeatable.
Customer service is alright just depends who is working.. They usually have what I need in stock so that’s nice. It’s a plus that the Redbox is located there..
Very unfriendly people and understaffed. Waited for my prescription for over 15min even though I got a text stating it was ready! This location deserves 0 starts.
