HORRIBLE experience at CVS Bagdad this morning. Husband made an appointment online (as suggested by CVS) for a couple of immunizations. He arrived early...waited ~ checked in ~ waited, and was asked again if he could be helped, yes, I've checked in ~ Oh, ok she leaves to get the shots together. What should have taken less than 10 minutes at 8:30am ended up taking over 30 minutes. So much for making an apt online! Then....he tried to get assistance and recommendation on an over the counter product and the person at the pharmacy just sent him back to the isle he came from without providing a recommendation. Then....when he tried to check out it took over 15 minutes, there was an issue with the coupon , on and on. Not sure I would recommend making an appointment for your flu shot at this pharmacy.

I always shop here. Staff is always very friendly and very welcoming. They always go above and beyond my expectations and are always willing to help.

Waited an hour and a half only to be told they couldn’t help me. Tech problems and no one was answering for support.
