Everyone was really nice and helpful. I especially like how there is a lot less people and you don’t have to wait in line like at the one on the malls
Normally I would give 5 stars for this place. Last night I had an encounter with a manager who was on a power trip and was very rude and not very customer service oriented. One manager I spoke to when I walked in told me she would honor a coupon that expired Christmas Eve. When I got to the register, this other manager said NO. I said well the manager at the front said she would. She said well I'm the manager. I'm her boss and no. Nothing like being told one thing by an employee, let alone another manager, to have this one on an authoritative power trip to tell a customer no. I will not be going to this store. I would rather drive further than deal with poor customer service that she showed. Her name was Alyssa if anyone else has had an encounter like this.
I really like shopping at this location. It was a bit busy and felt crowded. The people are always nice. I always think the prices are expenditure, and I will only shop there with a coupon.
It was great. Everyone was friendly. They had a hand sanitizing station as you walk in and of course all the awesome scents and so many new ones.
Went in today to buy soaps and they were on sale!! So many new scents in body care and soaps, too. Love this store.
