I am another person having issues with delivery of a crib. I ordered on 2/8/21 and delivery was set and confirmed with Pilot for 2/19. No one ever showed up nor called to tell me they weren’t and still have called after I’ve called them 10 times and left 3 voicemails. I’ve also called Buy Buy Baby throughout this 4 times and they keep making promises to look into the situation and call me back, and they still haven’t! At this point, they have stolen $325 from me as they are not delivering on my purchase. They would rather I just go away and make their $325. I would encourage you not to buy from this untrustworthy company. I’m so glad I decided not to register with them.

Erin was fantastic and helped our friends create a baby registry and also helped with bunch of other requests. We were very happy with our experience. Prices are higher than other stores like target or Amazon but they price match with pretty much all the big retailers. I recommend this place.

I had the worst experience with my baby registry here. I went in store to choose my items and after a few weeks a lot of them were out of stoke or discontinued. I had to constantly be checking my registry to make sure all the items where able to be purchased. I had to make so many replacements it was insane. Second they’re customs service is terrible. The post office kept delivering my items to the wrong address and when I called buybuybaby for help to see which items had been delivered and which were still on the way they told me they could not help me and could not tell me. Now that baby is here there were a few items that I wanted to return/exchange. Again customer service was horrible. They told me that any returns would be made back to the person who originally purchased, I did not want to do this as it was a gift from a family friend in Florida. I asked if I could get store credit and again they refused. When I asked if I could exchange it in store the agent just provided me a link to their return policy. She couldn’t bother or maybe did not know if this could be done. I recommend you do not make a baby registry here. If I could do it again I’d go with Amazon.

They have everything you could ever need for a baby. The ladies at customer service were very friendly in helping us set up a registry.

I have had a frustrating experience with BuyBuyBaby. I opened a registry with them and I keep having problems that no one has been able to resolve for me. I moved after creating my registry and updated my address, but my registry gifts keep going to my old address. I called the customer service number and the person was totally unhelpful so I had to waste time and go into the BBB Cedar Park store for in-person help. I thought we had resolved the issue but I got a confirmation email later showing that my replacement gift is STILL going to the wrong address. SO frustrating.
