First off I live an hour away from this Torrid, but its the closest store with stylish clothes for big ladies so I don't mind. When I first walked in I got a off handed welcome, but no one looked my way or offered to help me and there was only one other customer at the store with three employees. After I decided on some clothes I had to hunt someone down for a dressing room and still no offer to help carry the large amount of clothes I had and no offer to help look for some clothes for the event I needed it for. Anyway after I decided what I wanted I went to go check out and after the transaction was finished the cashier started to bag my stuff and I turned away to look at some jewelry that caught my eye. I decided to purchase some rings. After that the lady handed me the bag and that was that. When I drove an hour back home and opened the bag I realized she forgot to put the shoes I purchased in the bag. I needed them for that night and was incredibly dissatisfied. I try calling the store but it was already closed. So here I go two hour round trip again. Overall it was a horrible experience and I will never go back to that store again.

They have such cute clothes! I can't afford the regular prices but I love the clearance sales they always have!!
