NW Austin KOA Holiday

A 100% pleasure of an RV park/campground. Every staff member is pleasant and helpful. We were staying there when the ice storm hit. The amazing setting and people made it all tolerable. Everyone worked together to make sure they had what they needed. Employees went far beyond the call of duty. They are all exemplary. Even before that on normal days you can have ice and firewood delivered to your site. When you put your garbage to the curb it’s picked up quickly.. a pet peeve of mine since other campgrounds are not so prompt. The showers are private, sparkling clean, huge and endless hot water. Laundry is always clean, is inexpensive and they have 6 washers and 7 dryers, baskets and a big folding areas. A nice big clubhouse. A nice playground, sandbox, horseshoes all well maintained. My daughter accidentally bumped her head on the water fountain and two employees who weren’t even working at the time came running out of their RVs to make sure she was ok. This was in addition to other guests who stopped as well. It’s so peaceful and quite. No trouble makers. It’s wonderful to have the entire park surrounded by steer pasture. My daughter loves to feed them. I love that there is minimal lighting at the sites and on the roads of the site because the stargazing is great. And it lends towards a quite night environment. I’m a night owl and was amazed that at 10pm that pretty much everyone is in their RV’s for quiet hours And anyone who is out is is very quite. From every perspective they get the highest ratings.

One of the best camping experiences I've ever had! The staff was so kind to my family and I, and so helpful with everything we could've asked for. I couldn't suggest this KOA enough!

The place was amazing. Great dog run. Large clean sites. Would stay there again.

Wireless service is really bad. Franchise Owner needs a customer service training. Her staff is very nice.nLocation is noisy. Nice Dog park.

Nice RV park with great amenities. They put us in a pull thru site that included a deck with chairs and umbrella/table and charcoal grill. Restrooms/bath house is clean. Nice pool area. Stayed for 5 nights while visiting our children. Would definitely come back.
