I just moved from California and had never changed my license plates or registration before. I walked in thinking I had everything I needed, i was mistaken. I had to run out to my car a few times and re-fill out a form. Andy was completely patient with me and proceeded to help with with everything I needed! I cannot thank him enough for his help and upbeat attitude. Thank you again Andy!

Best Government service I’ve experienced for years. Friendly, quick, informative and competent staff. Covid friendly, they offer a drive up option if your high risk to the virus... As a Government service they nailed it.

I want to brag on this office !! Usually when having to deal with tax, title, registration you fear long lines and agitated employees having to deal with all of our complex situations. This office is so professional and I dealt with two different people that completely helped me figure out a complex transfer title situation...Andy in particular was so kind and patient and laid things out so I could get all the documentation I needed from both my X and myself. I can’t tell you how one kind, compassionate person makes a world of difference when dealing with life’s complexities!nThank you for hiring such professional and knowledgeable people in your office. Shockingly friendly, efficient, and competent for a government agency! Mary is a total rockstar - I had an out of state vehicle registration and Mary went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me get all the required documentation gathered. As the cherry on top, the office is conveniently located & they have a handy drive-thru.

I fail to understand the poor reviews-if we are fortunate enough to own property, well of course there will be taxes!nI have always been delighted in the efficiency and pleasant demeanor of the Tax Office staff. As a 30+ years resident of Willco, I have seen the county and population grow tremendously, and think that everything is being managed well.nI think my taxes are fair, I want to live in a county that has good services, and we do.nI particularly appreciate the drive-up window in these times of Covid. Thank you, staff at the Willco Annex!
