Rosario, is our H&R Tax Analyst- we have used her for the past three (3) years and she has completed our taxes with no problems or resolutions to be taken care of. She always explains everything she does while doing our taxes, and at the end she reviews all actions taken - along with a summary of all tax items and where the figures came from. She has a very excellent background and is up to date on all and new tax changes for the year. Thanks and we will see you again next year.

We have been coming to this H&R Block for a few years now, only because of Liliana- She is Amazing! However, some of the ladies here are so rude and have horrible customer service! They need proper training when answering phones and speaking to people who are essentially paying their bills.nIf it wasn’t for Liliana we would look for a new tax agent and after todays conversation with the lady on the phone, we might just have to make the change.nH&R Block, monitor your calls, and some of your people’s service skills, they are costing you all clients.
