This place treated my husband and I VERY well. We live in Brookings SD and had to drive all the way to Sioux Falls to replace the entire transmission in my car. This is the only car we have so we were stuck in Sioux Falls until we could find a ride back. The mechanic here graciously offered to drive us ALL THE WAY back to Brookings free of charge!!! Awesome customer service, and my car was done by the time they said it was going to be done, no delays or frustrations. Highly recommend this place!!!

I really appreciated the service/attention we were given. Jim was very straightforward on what needed to be done on our car, and even went one step further to tell us whether or not the repair would be worth it. His integrity and honesty are very clear to me as a customer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here with any other issues I have.
This is the second time I have used Jim's Transmission. The reason I went back again is simply because of the way I was treated the first time. They keep you informed all way of what their doing and cost. That's very important to me as being on Disability I have to watch my money closely. They proudly post their Christian faith on how they run their business and I like that. I trust them. After all, I don't know anything about transmission. But I do trust them. Should I ever need work done again I will go nowhere else but Jim's..Thank you Jim's...
