I notice one person said they were rude. Not sure where you where, but the ranch manager does not have a rude bone in her body. This place is great, electricity, water, and WIFI all included in the base price. My ONLY complaint is the roads need to be repaved. People complaining about lack of street lights? Go back to the city, we like to be able to look up and see stars and not bright lights.
I'm confused by the good reviews? The event center is pretty, but when we walked in, we were hit with a very pungent odor of wet animal. We came here because the price was great... But, then, you get what you pay for. The sites are VERY close together, the park is not well lit at all (are there lights even?). We paid for one month, but two nights into our stay someone broke into a car two doors down from us. We are leaving and will not be back. Whole place seems kinda shady - which is ironic, because there are no trees. Not sure who said they stayed in a shady spot... unless it was a metaphor...
Very clean ,well lit,lot's of room to walk, office staff very helpfully I'll be back.
