I absolutely LOVE this place and I don't plan to go anywhere else unless I have to. I started going here because it was close to where I lived and I didn't know where I should go. From the beginning I have been treated with respect, kindness and great service. Gary knows me by name and makes sure I know all the information I need every time I stop in. He always reminds me of the things I need to get done and has always been honest. If I don't understand what is wrong he will explain it to me and make sure I have all the options I need before I make a decision. I don't have to say anything when I walk in the door, as soon as Gary sees me he knows what I am there for and makes sure everything is taken care of. All the other employees have always been kind and treat everyone like family. I highly recommend this location and I will continue to go here because of the great service I have recieved!

I have utilized Graham Tire Company in downtown Sioux Falls for over five years. They have always been competitive in prices and honest with me. The advisors always show a genuine interest in any issues I may have and have shown time and time again that they are up to the task to figure out what is wrong with my vehicle. Free shuttle service, free flat repair and tire rotation with tire purchase through them. Always pick up the phone when I call. Will continue to utilize them as my primary tire provider. Great location, clean environment, complimentary coffee/hot chocolate/cappuccino. Superior service.

Excellent service. Been taking my vehicles there for years. Competitive prices, maybe a little higher than some but very trustworthy. They have never tried to sell me on unnecessary repairs and tell me which repairs can wait. They also have a shuttle service to take you home and pick you up when your vehicle is done
