Went there for the 'dog park' which Love's are known for to give our 2 dogs a chance to exercise a bit & potty. This is the smallest I have been in despite lots of vacant land on all 3 sides that were filled with huge landscape rocks...hard for dogs to walk on. There was a small sidewalk from the fueling lot, no parking in front of dog park. The inside facility was good as described by others. Only good if dogs just need to potty.
This is the best Truck stop in Texas by far. Hospitality is unreal, it's always clean, Their courtesy toward the customers is unmatched. They simply do an amazing job in my book five stars all day
Store 651 long walking distance from the truck to the building. People are nice, newer big store. Showers are amazing. Great water pressure which is a big deal for me. Good shower heads, not the dollar store kind. I feel refreshed, way should feel. I asked to be given a price on some oil with tax included. There was a guy that went looked at the shelf and came back. I then went to purchase the oil and it was more than what I was quoted. There was this manager by the name Nicole Featherstone that stated the guy done the best he could with a nasty attitude. I reminded this lady that I have had problems with this store before. Nicole started arguing with me. Of course I gave her a few choice words at that point. Truckers these people in here do not care anything about your business. Take your business else where, because I am. What a great manager to argue with a customer. Great Job Loves!!! Way to go,because sorry doesn't get it. You are sorry! The Truckers do keep your business open,remember that!
