Horrible! Don't see why people tolerate this place. While doing a favor, and after 25 minutes idling through a drive-through that's beyond it's capacity, neither I nor the attendant could understand each other. Then she didn't know what upside down meant on the caramel even though I passed along the instructions I'd been given verbatum. And all this for the privilege of paying $6 for what I could have made at home for 25¢. I have zero sympathy for people that frequent these places and complain about cost.
We ordered online and had the option to pick it up in store or in the drive through which was very nice. I also highly recommend the strawberry refresher.
Close the Cafe but still allow mobile orders? The whole point of mobile orders is convenience and now when I order a mobile order still have to wait in drive through for 20 minutes. You should just turn off your mobile ordering.
Great place to stop. Extremely busy in the morning.
Got my usual Mocha Frappe with 6 shots Espresso. I went into the lobby to dodge the line of cars! These guys were so friendly and quick. Even with an overwhelming line of 13+ cars they still took time to talk to me on a social level. 10/10 Would go again.
