Good pie. Not too greasy which is a plus.nCrust was crisp.nToppings were tasty.nWe got a Large half pepperoni/half spinach and mushrooms.
Ehh.. I won’t say it’s bad. But don’t expect this pizza to remind you anything regarding what a NY/NJ slice should taste like. Coming from a Born and raised New Yorker. The flavor was lacking big time on my mushroom slice. The sauce especially. I love the crisp to the slice and the mushrooms were on point.
We ordered by phone at roughly 1:15am. The person who answered was super wonderful, took our order and gave us a wait time upfront. The front is super cute, there was a bit of a wait but it’s totally understandable for it being Halloween and 1am. Walked back to our hotel and the pizza was delicious! Hot, tasty and delicious. Definitely will be back the next time we come to Austin!
Ordered a large supreme pizza which I was planning on picking off the black olives and the mushrooms, but I ate everything on it and it was so good. I was making all kinds of ummmm and mmmm sounds. It had the right amount of sauce that I love where you can have good sauce with every bite.
I don’t understand all the negative reviews. Had it for the first time last night. The garlic knots were killer and they were made even better because the marinara was delicious, which is not something I usually like or care about. That made for a stellar pizza as well. Idk if it’s authentic whatever, but it was really tasty so I don’t really care.
