Customer service is great. I love my Murphy USA.
I love this location. Except apparently they close ALL of the pumps at a certain time of night, I'm paying with card so.........nI went out of my way to come here after I got out of work late with half a gallon of gas and about 60 miles to get home. Would like to use my Murphy's rewards, but I guess that's not happening. I'm not usually like this, and I understand Covid hours, but zero operational pumps past 11pm is just plain idiotic as a gas station right off of a main highway. Just suppose everyone who's working nights is out of luck. ud83eudd37ud83cudffc♀ufe0fnnEDIT:nnHEB pumps are open all night and are less than a mile away!
The particular pump I used screen half burned out. The numbers on key pad so worn not to be seen. Parking lot was safe and clean. Deferred maintenance needs to be done.
A woman with tattoos all over her neck and a guy name James were unbelievably inappropriate. The lady made threats to me out of nowhere and the guy was cussing at me while I was checking out and then harassed me outside. This was extremely inappropriate and totally unsafe.
Always good prices on gas and tobacco. Almost always busy otherwise they would get give stars. The lack of on hand employees makes this a pain when they are more busy than usual.
