Used the drive through to get some meds. A gorgeous pharmacist by the name of Mercedes was very polite and soft spoken. Unfortunately the fastest trip through experience I've had.. I mean they were really fast. Good for them.
Friendly and helpful staff. They're timely getting prescriptions filled and are not typically low on stock for anything.

One of the pharmacist is very rude. Came to pick up my prescription and they called her over to go over the med. She went over a few things then asked if Ive ever taken it, when I said yes, without saying anything, she drops the phone and walks away. You are dealing with people who are not feeling well. If she doesnt like her job, she should go somewhere else where she isn't required to be face to face with people who are possibly very very sick.nAlso, one of the slowest pharmacies I've ever dealt with in a very long time. Recommend going else where to save you time and to keep from being disrespected.
Recently moved to Buda. I'd have to agree with some of the other complaints that this pharmacy is extremely slow and even though there are no other customers around, they seem to take their time to assist you. I understand they're busy, but you should ALWAYS help those in person before doing other clerical duties. Also, I’ve called a few times where there’s no answer. I’m talking about after the automated voice tells you there’s one caller ahead. Once that call is over, the automated music stops and the phone rings. It rang and rang and rang until it finally ended. I don’t know if they ended it or if the phone system did but, damn, that’s frustrating!
