To all my guys out there! (and women) I was helped by two lovely ladies at Budaful Threads and I must complement them. They stopped what they were doing and helped me choose the right colors and design for a duffle bag I was wanting embroidered. I told them that my wife normally handles all the design stuff and I just do it for her, haha. I needed some custom hats made for my marketing company. Shannon was so nice and easy to work with. She was able to offer us a great selection of hats at a great price point. Not only that, but she worked with us to special order thread to match our logo, which isn't a typical color one might use every day.nnWe've worked with other embroider shops before where communication isn't great. Again, it means so much to work with someone you can count on! Will do business again!
