I called just about every location looking for a costume. I called the location at south park meadows and they had one left. I asked if they’d be able to put it on hold while I head over. She said not a problem it will be at the register. I drove an hour from San Antonio, but when I got there, she said they sold it AFTER they had put it on hold for me.

Did a curbside order online, got a text saying that it was ready and asked me to set the time I’d be there. I was there on time and when I arrive there was no one outside. After 5 minutes I tried to call the number they left outside but there was no way to reach for someone at the store. I finally went in and they were unable to locate my order. I was left with no answer after 20 minutes. I could have just helped myself and have it done in 5 minutes. Curbside never worked for me and if you can guarantee it, please don’t advertise it.

We ask for certain balloons and they gave us what we did not ask for literally the exact opposite and terrible service and they were very rude I have a breathing problem and we aren't able to wear masks and they wanted us to and very rude

Make sure to bring a sweater it's about 55 degrees in the store feels like youre walking into a meat locker when you go inside their ac bill must be very expensive. I walked in and left didn't bother shopping

I would advise anyone interested in going to this Party City to choose a different location. They are inefficient with poor quality. I ordered a balloon bouquet and as soon as I left, the numbered ballot for the birthday age flew away because the string was tied loosely. I paid for them and didn’t even get to use them. And the manager refused to refund or replace. Save your time and your money and never go here!
