The people who smoke cigarettes in this building are the worst! They sit outside the building, smoke their cigarette and just toss it on the sidewalk. The worst thing is that there is a drainage hole next to where they throw their cigarette buds and they go directly into our beloved river. Please do something about this horrible problem
