It took almost 2 hours to get the pizzas delivered. I wish I would have read the reviews before placing the order online. Also the pizzas were left on the wet mat outside with no protection. I get it, is contactless delivery but use common sense, it has been raining all day so the concrete floor and mat are wet. We opened the boxes and pizzas were all shifted to the side. The only positive is that pizzas tasted good. I will never order again from this location.

We ordered online on 12/12/2020. Order was placed at 4:07... two-and-half hours later the food still had not been delivered. Called to speak with the manager and he apologized. He went to check on the pizza, came back and said “good news! The pizza is still warm. The driver missed the order. We will have that out for you ASAP”nnMe: so you’re delivering pizza that has been sitting in your warming oven for 2 hours? No! Please refund me my money.nHe said he would give me a full refund.nnA week later the money had not been refunded. I went to Pizza Hut and was told they will not give a refund, but will give me store credit.nnMy family likes Pizza Hut, but we will not use the one off of Broad in Mansfield again. There have been way too many times where this store has butchered simple orders.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! The most Rudest and dirtiest place ever!! You will not get acknowledged when you walk in because everyone working there is laughing and playing in the back! No one in there looked like they knew what they were doing! They insist on customers to wear a mask before walking in yet no one in that store has a Mask ON!!nnJust don’t waste your time here! Order else where!

Do not order from this Pizza Hut. They are scamming and taking people’s card info. (They have changed the phone number in google to their own number) Ordered a pizza, showed up and the store is completely closed and HAS been closed for maintenance. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Same experience as the other one star ratings. Placed an order and the estimated time was one hour. An hour and a half later, the tracker says order is out for delivery. Delivery guy doesn't show up for another hour on top of that. Tried calling the store multiple times only to have them hang up. Food was cold and soggy when it arrived. I honestly don't know how this store stays in business.
