DONT WASTE YOU TIME...just ordered online and when i went to pick up the order they said someone already picked it up. Then I waited 25 minutes for them to remake the order and they forgot to put some of the order in the bag. I went back in and told them they also forgot the chips I paid for and a Mac and cheese.. They took a sandwich away from me and said I couldn’t have the chips I already paid for. I asked them for the chips and they all ignored me. Worst place in Mansfield!
Not bad if you insist on lean cuts. Kids eating free on Sunday keeps us going back.
Terrible! Absolutely terrible at the Mansfield location. I arrived at 6:37pm on a Saturday. Keep that date in mind.nnI wanted ribs, and they said they ran out earlier today. Earlier today? It’s Saturday EARLY evening for crying out loud.nnI was trying to feed my family so I tried to order the following:n1. 1lb ribs. They ran out of it.n2. 1lb sliced beef. Turns out it was loose beef and probably whatever they had left.n3. 2 lb sausage. They had it so they said. When I got home. It was 1/2 lb polish sausage and about 2 lbs jalapeños/cheese sausage. I didn’t request the jalapeños/cheese sausage.n4. Potato Salad. They ran out of it.nnNow I understand if I showed up an hour prior to closing but it was 6:37pm. 6:37pm. They had no ribs and no potato salad and they messed up two of what they had remaining.nnI was excited to see this location reopen, however, now I know why they closed. They should’ve stayed close. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I had a good experience last year, but I’m officially done with Dickies.nnI will just go the extra distance to either Papas BBQ or Spring Creek.nnI’ve never posted a review of a restaurant in my life until this event. I wish I had read the reviews prior to spending my money.
