The staff at this location is always changing so sometimes it can be a hit or a miss when it comes to how your smoothie turns out. You could walk out with a smooth one or a lumpy one and have to go back in for it to be re blended. Besides the aforementioned it's not bad and the smoothies are good!

This is the second time that I've had a bad experience at this location. (I've visited this location 3 times) This last time is it for me. Get better employees. Very rude. If you're going to talk about customers, make sure they can't hear you. How do you blame me for poking a hole in my cup and tell me it was the straw? You're right. I wanted sticky stuff all over my car and myself and had to go back to work. Then she tells me the straw poked a hole. Clearly she didn't inspect the cup because it looked like the hole was there from the outside.nNever will they get another dime from me. I threw out my smoothie that I paid $6.50 for because if she's bold enough to be that rude, I don't know what she did to my drink.

This Smoothie King off Debbie Lane in Mansfield is the worst ever. The staff is not friendly.Customers are kept waiting for long periods of time. Fridays are extremely busy and they are even slower. Horrible customer service.

This particular smoothie king let's the name down. First of all, the person taking the order was beyond rude. Secondly, 3 out of the 5 smoothies tasted so bad that it made us sick to our stomachs. We got our normal smoothie flavors so it's not like we tried something new and just didn't like it. The manager was just as rude and might even be the one who took the initial order. Either the fruit used was bad or they made a smoothie in a dirty blender and got 2 flavors mixed together in 3 of them that literally made me puke. The other 2 tasted off but at least didn't make anyone else sick. I do not recommend this location at all! (Debbie lane and matlock in Mansfield)

If you are in a rush, do not come here. We placed an online order so that it would be ready when we arrived, and ended up having to wait way past the time given for pickup. Very frustrating.
