Crain & Wooley

I would like to tell you of our experience with Crain and Wooley emphasizing that this review applies only to the Mansfield office. We had no dealings with their other offices. We started this process in January, and it was not complete until yesterday, May 28 ( four months). We met with the attorneys at their office to start this process to have a new trust and wills done giving them a copy of what we wanted plus talked to them specifically about what we wanted. We asked if this could be done before the end of January, but we were told it would be the first part of February to the middle of February and yet here we are at the end of May just now completing this process.nnWe wanted specific things but simple things such as who our trustee would be, who gets what etc. Many drafts were sent to us and at one point there were over 40 errors. Some of these errors were very basic such as pronoun agreement, use of abbreviations in a legal document etc. but some were big to us.nnI would like to also say that the associate lawyer at the Mansfield office, Cole, always responded quickly to our emails. He was never argumentative and is very polite.nnFrom our perspective a client should be taken care of promptly especially when they have paid in full at the start of this process and should always be treated with respect.nnAgain I would like to reiterate this review is only our experience with the Mansfield office. In retrospect, I should not have paid them in full up front, and due to the time issue, the number of errors, and the difficulty of getting things explained to us, I would never recommend them

We worked with Jacob Wooley on creating a Trust after attending a seminar that he held on estate planning. He was professional and knowledgeable and never questioned some of our zany requests. We put together exactly the kind of trust that we wanted and feel confident that he will see that it is administered the way we wanted after our passing. Jacob is the best. He is a pleasure to work with and a very nice, respectful, young man.

10 months ago we had Cain and Wooley draw up a trust fund for us, and they did a Great job.They answered all our questions , and gave us good advice. We were very pleased with their service. We would recommend Cain and Wooley they will give you good service
