Frahim gave me the best customer service in the pharmacy department! I called and he was so pleasant and helpful. He then found me a coupon and surprised me upon arrival. He’s definitely an asset to this CVS!

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Got the text yesterday that a prescription was ready for my wife. Got there today to pick it up, got some half clear explanation that the Dr. ordered a 30 day supply, but insurance wants to pay for a 90 day supply. After standing at the counter for 20 minutes as the lady attempted to figure something out I was asked to take a seat. I then watched her wait on other people for more than 20 minutes. I got back in line, once I was up she said she is still researching, and that I could sit and wait. I turned back to the sitting area only to see her call up the next person who was behind me. HOW DO YOU RESEARCH MY ACCOUNT ISSUE (was there really and issue) WHEN YOU ARE HANDLING OTHER CUSTOMERS AS I WAIT?!nnI tried to document a complaint on CVS.com but after writing it up there was an issue with the website, I called the complaint number on that form only to be put in queue that never ended.nnIf i could post this with no stars I would.

My family and I have been customers for years at this store. On the early evening of Jan. 7th, I had an issue with the pharmacist. I felt she was disrespectful and even broke the HIPPA rules. I called Corporate to complain, but they never called me back to. Please be careful when you deal with this pharmacy.

The service at this pharmacy is tragic. We had to switch to this pharmacy because of our insurance. Needed to pick up 2 prescriptions for my kids. Day1 they were no ready, day 2 they were ready but incorrect. Day 3 I called ahead to make sure they were correct and ready I was told all is good. Went to pick them up now, still not ready. 3 visits and still no meds.
