My daughter had a visit over the weekend, I suggested that she use the clinic, This was a first time visit in hopes that she could be diagnosed and treated and would not have to call in or take off work. I was saddened that the NP did not diagnose her correctly, She suffered all weekend and felt even worse Monday and had to leave work to schedule another appt. with her PCP, PCP diagnosed her with a bacterial sinus infection that has been untreated for a very long time and should have been easily diagnosed with all the symptoms, in addition to the sinus infection there was a lot fluid in her ears and sores in her throat. The NP at the Minute Clinic only prescribed a mouthwash to help numb the sores in her throat. Very unsatisfied. Thankfully now on the way to recovery with a antibiotic and steroids.

During the Texas outage of 2021 I went to the CVS Pharmacy on Matlock in Mansfield TX to help a family member find water. Even though there wasn't much water on the shelves, the entire staff and the manager Kathy went out of their way to help us out and find us enough water from the back of the store but still leave extra for future customers. Incredible show of heart during these difficult times.

I called the pharmacy to get a prescription transfer and I didn't have the pharmacy's phone number and the person on the phone got upset and begin making remarks that did I know how many wallgreens were on matlock I only know of one in the 76002 area code and then he just hung up in my face I will be reporting this to my company insurance since they have a contract with CVS I don't want to spend my money with a company with such poor customer service skills I recommend a different pharmacy to any one looking to be treated like a customer and not a bother well excuse me for not having the phone number

This place is terrible at keeping appointments. All i wanted was a flu shot and because there is no one at the front desk even working, just people doing construction. I got a call 2 hours AFTER my appointment time asking if i was ready....
