I asked for a pack of cigarettes that cost $7.76 and i handed them $7.85. They told me it wasn't enough. Good to know ur employees can't count and didn't graduate from elementary school.
The manager accused my son of stealing when there were 2 Mansfield police patrol officers in the parking lot. We had motorcycles it was a cold and misty day so we had gloves and my son wears glasses to drive. My son used the restroom, then on his way out was pulling his glasses out of his jacket. The clerk ran to the manager, who was sitting in his car in the parking lot aggressively ran up yelling at my son that he was stealing from his store. Lucky the police were there so I ran to them and let them know the manager was scaring us. The manager then told the police he wasn't needed, we said yes he was and wanted to see video. Thank you to the Mansfield police for clearing my son of any wrong doing. The manager should not be in a position to ever bully minors. We have every thing on video from the helmet cam and will use this for corporate email. I would like to encourage bikers beware.
Awful manager. Not only did he harass my wife about her honest review, he didn't have the guts to do it himself. He forced one of his employees to do it.
The manager here is awful. The girls who work the morning shift are amazing, but unfortunately bad management can't be offset by great employees.
If I could give 0 stars i would. These employees are very unprofessional. There is no reason to accuse of something unless you saw it with your eyes. I will never step foot in this convenient store.
