I can’t say that my experiences at any of the CVS stores have always been great, but this one in particular at the pharmacy was exceptional. The doctor had called my grandchild‘s prescription into this pharmacy by mistake but I had been to the correct one where they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. 15 minutes later when I got to the store the young man at the drive-through was smiling courteous. The prescription was almost ready by the time I got there. Although I don’t live in Mansfield anymore, I would recommend this CVS.

The new staff they hired here are terrible. The pharmacists have all been great but the techs are worthless.
Management need to train employees on how to provide a positive customer experience. I waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes while the cashier was scanning items. She saw me and said I’ll be with you shortly, but kept working. I ended up leaving my items on the counter and left. I’ll never return. Walgreens will be my new place to shop
Entered drive through at 12:50 on 02/04/2020 to pick up my rx with one vehicle ahead of me. Vehicle left drive through at 1:10. Great. My turn! When i pulled up to window no one acknowledged me. I saw 2 or 3 techs inside. Couldn't tell what they were doing. At 1:15 I had enough and needed to go back to work. I should not have stuck it out so long but needed my prescription. Will have to try again later. CVS please get a competent manager to get this pharmacy into shape. Thank you
