I received 5 star service, hence, the 5 star rating. I was contacted within 15 minutes of placing my order to ensure that size I ordered was correct. I was advised to go up a size due to my sizing measurement being between two sizes. This turned out to be a great suggestion. When I received the helmet, it was a perfect fit. This is a quality product. I will definitely be back in the future for any more of my helmet needs. Thanks for the great customer service.

I absolutely LOVE these Micro Dot Helmets! I was very skeptical at first, to order one of there helmets, because I have bought several helmets in the past that claim to be “Low Profile” & they were not. Micro Dot Helmets aren’t as small as some Novelty Helmets, but they are the smallest DOT helmets out there. These are, by far, the most comfortable, lightest, lowest profile DOT Helmets out there period! I ordered the Blister first & I really liked it, so I ended up ordering the Twister 2.0 for a little more style. You will not find better customer service anywhere else than you receive from these guys. Also, I personally found out a little trick to modify my Micro Dot Helmet. I order one size smaller than I wear & sand down the styrofoam type material inside the helmet to my liking. The helmets fit good with the correct size, but I find that by doing this, it allows the helmet to set lower on my head, still be safe, & still be comfortable. Just remember that if you want to modify your helmet & don’t buy a size smaller than your measured size, then your helmet will be too loose & not fit properly This should be done at your on discretion! It is just my preference with these helmets.nBig Thanks to Mad Dog for taking good care of me.

This helmet is truly awesome. when it came in the mail very fast I must add. I thought the box must be empty it was so light. Truly my new favorite helmet. If your in the market for a new helmet or just want the most comfortable brain bucket out there look no further. Customer service is outstanding as well just cant say enough and the price is on point as well

Lightest, most comfortable DOT helmet you will find. We own 2 twisters and 1 blister. The most important thing I can offer any potential customer is a nod to Mad Dog and crew for their customer service. They personally reach out to you on every order to assure proper measurements were taken and to validate the proper size was ordered, and ship very fast. Very few companies of any type of product provide the quality of service these guys do!

Really like the helmet (Twister 2.0 matte black). Low profile and it fits snug, no mushroom head. Got here when they said it would. UPS did the shipping and that was fine. Make sure you measure your head! Makes all the difference in the way it fits! You’ll be happy with this lid...
