Pam is a rockstar! I've been through several weight gains and losses and was stuck in a rut of wearing yoga pants and t-shirts. I've never felt super fashionable and Pam went above and beyond to help me find cute clothes that made me look and feel good.
I worked with associate Pam, she was AMAZING!! So nice & knowledgeable; quick to help and gave professional advice to get the best fit, comfort and support!! Will DEFINITELY be going back to see her!!
We came in 10 minutes to closing and the managers (Pam & another) were both so kind and helpful to me and my daughter after a long day. And even though we were there after closing, Pam helped us find what we needed and even placed an online order for us. You don't often see this kind of customer service anymore...kudos to you Lane Bryant for finding such friendly staff! I will definitely be back.
I went in on Saturday April 3 to look for a formal dress. I was completely ignored. NEVER will I go into this particular store. Their customer service is horrible.
