I recently went to this location on 9/14 and the employees working were very unprofessional. When we walked in no one greeted us or asked if we needed any help. The two female employees working were at the cash register just chatting away like no customers were present in the store. I thought maybe one had been the employee and she was just handling a customer but no it turns out they were both employees. I needed to use a dressing room for my child and waited by the dressing rooms for 5 minutes and they acted oblivious. Finally I told them we needed a dressing room so they opened one. These employees really need to be trained in customer service and actually doing their job instead of just chatting away while customers are present. Other customers came in after us as well and they were not acknowledged either. I will not be coming back to this location again.
I love the people that work here they are always very nice and go above and beyond with great customer service. I will definitely be going back to this store.
