This has been our worse experience. I had never been in a car accident and the day I did I tried to find the best attorneys to handle my case. Unfortunately, I thought Parks Law Firm would help me out. They handled my case for 3 months and when I called to ask for an update they told me they couldn't proceed with my case since my medical bills did not sum up to over 30k. So i lost 3 months of time, am stuck with hospital bills, chiropractor bills in which they recommend for me to assist. Not only did i waste my time but I am now with more bills and a total loss on my vehicle. DEFENINTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM..POLICE REPORT HAD THE OTHER PARTY AT 100% FAULT.

I want to thank the parks law firm team, especially Cristina Duran. Her positive attitude is what got to me, how firm and exited she's about work. She gave me assurance that i needed to sign with them, with all therapy i needed. Also introduced the firm like it was her happy place. She also explained how the process works. Thank you Cristina. Was in a wreck on February 2nd and still haven't gotten repairs done to the vehicle which mind you wasn't my fault to begin with, No Updates, No Call backs, Not worth itnThey will tell you what you want to hear but get nothing and I mean NOTHING DONE!!nAlso he recommended a guy named Tony who is supposed to be helping us get our vehicle fixed and yet you can't even understand him because his accent is obviously not from here , Tony also doesn't get anything done I have his number so will be leaving him a review as well! For a week now he has been telling me someone will come either today or tomorrow....as you can see, it's been a real joy ride with this place.
