I often felt unprioritized and in the dark by this firm. I would have preferred more condensed proactive communication than what often seemed like long rationalizing responses.nnExamplenDay 1: Initial consultation I was under the impression my case would be filed (and thus start the timer) in about 1.5 weeks.nDay 12: I followed up on the statusnDay 14: He confirmed he didn't need anything else, expect ~ 7-8 daysnDay 27: Left a phone message (no response)nDay 31A: I followed up again e-mailnDay 31B: He responded and I learned my case was filed on Day 28.n*appox calendar days and summarizednnI believe I had a simple case, (the respondent accepted responsibility and did not have a lawyer, no court appearances). Yes there was a staff change and vacation time and he apologized after, but I was not notified of such changes to the timeline ahead of time. In the end the case was completed successfully, but I felt it was a stressful experience.

This is by far the best firm I have visited. Both father and son were very professional and the staff was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend.
