The front part of the store always seems reasonably fine, but the people at the drive-through prescription window today made me madder than I've been in a while. They charged me for a prescription I didn't want and didn't ask for, and then not only refused to give a refund but didn't admit fault and were rude about it. Still cooling off.
I really appreciate that they took time to explain Good Rx for my husband and we’re willing to make the changes while he waited to get my prescription at a better price. They have always been willing to help me find the right product for my needs.
Awful customer service in the pharmacy department!nI’ve had my prescription called in twice and the pharmacy cannot locate and seems to be to inconvenienced to even look for it? They refuse to call the doctor that sent the prescription. Absolutely no help!!
My daughter went to p/u meds for a fracture repair under general anesthesia for me.nShe arrived 15 minutes before closing and waited on line. Managed to get to window at 8:04!! “Person” behind window pulled down shade with closed sign and refused service.nThey’ve seen the last of me.nBTW there was no one in back of her. Sorry I can give negative stars.
I needed to return an sd card that couldn’t be used. I had the receipt and the box the sd card came in but I was told by two older women that it couldn’t be returned because of a policy that isn’t even on the iheartcvs website. No one told me I wouldn’t be able to return it when I bought it and the receipt says I should be able to return it as long as I have the receipt. The two ladies were very unhelpful
