Ordered online. Sent me the wrong product. Sent email immediately and didn’t hear back for a couple of days. Had to call in order to reach someone. Had to drop drive across town to go to UPS to return the incorrect item before they would send me what I actually ordered. Now have to wait another week for item to get here. Customer service not very responsive and make the customer go out of the way to fix their problems. Have bought from them many times when I lived in Texas but no more.
