Kudos to IPS! Alan, Nick & Dan not only fit me into their tight schedule during service and Inventory, they got my air leak, diagnosed, solved and fixed in no time at all. I'm not a customer here. My husband's company has repair work done here. The mechanics I have seen interact easily with him and work hard.
They did road service for frozen air dryer for my truck for about 1/2hour and charged me 4 hrs labor-and when I challenged him to provide me the period of time for repair, he included the time, my driver was on the road after repair, then I told him this time period for repair was not right with evidence of the keeptruckin I got in my office, after this he tried to make over a story my driver left over with out finishing the service, but they did notify the carrier or driver for this miscommunication ahead of time. my advice is avoid this guys for road service
Interstate Power Systems is great. I get all my repairs and service work done there.
