Gloria Taylor was absolutely fabulous. She helped us and answered all the questions we had. She went above and beyond. We had a terrible experience at the Roy office last year, & she changed our mind about H&R Block. She even noticed errors from last year, and fixed our previous return so we can actually get the money we were promised! I highly recommend her and anyone else at this office!
