Friday went to Love’s for an air leak. Kenworth couldn’t find or wouldn’t give Love’s tech the part number. Waited all weekend till Kenworth opened and brought my truck to them early Monday morning. Miraculously, they suddenly found the part number and a day later truck was repaired. When I questioned them on their apparent lack of ethics they ignored my questions and basically pushed me out the door. I could have been on the road days ago except for their ineptitude or greed. #NEVERAGAIN will I bring my truck to this shop.

Customer service is outstanding we had our truck code after we got a truck wash here at the blue beacon called up the Kenworth told him what the code was and they are delivering the parts here at the truckstop thank you guys for alleviating stress to an already stressed out situation thank you everyone at Kenworth

Was there for 7.5 hours and was never given any updates, my husband said it should not have taken that long. When went to ask for an estimated time all mechanics were sitting around.
