Put in a online order at 7:20pm, watched the tracker it stayed in making order for 2 hours so I decided to call the store. Apparently the order was canceled at 7:27pm and I received a call about it. First off no I never did receive a call and then the manager proceeded to say I lived too far away for delivery which if you put in my address to the store in google maps it is only 1.5 mile away with a 5 minute drive so not sure how I live too far away. Also was told it takes them 3 mins to prep a pizza and 8 mins to make it. So again why was my order only canceled after 7 minutes of being placed? Oh let’s not forget that the townhouse 3 door down had Pizza Hut delivered ( which gave me the idea to begin with) but yet mine was “too far” not sure what the management is doing up there but it’s not a good job.
Wouldn't deliver to hotel cuz weather but the mess was pretty much over.☹ufe0f
I removed the one-star review I had given bellmead Pizza hut 3 weeks ago I ordered pizza and chicken wings today everything was perfect !
They dont always answer the phone and when they do very rude and got the order wrong
Picked up dinner for myself and co-worker...the pizza was nice and hot ud83dudd25 bit not enough marinara sauce for the bread sticks
