Bought a 20 ounce big red today got home the big red was flat had a better tasting for any of you who know big red is not bitter I called to see if I could get a return or exchange it and the owner said yes I could come by tomorrow but then he immediately called me back and says no we won't do any returns it's just too bad sorry and hung up not from our country apparently doesn't know what good customer service is but refuses to give me a big red that's not expired or

Have gone in to buy many different things here over the past few years and every single time I have been dissapointed with my purchase. Cigarettes were old and stale every time. According to my sister who worked here recently, over half of the candy, snack, food items & sodas are out of date! Some being several years past sell by date & the owner refuses to let these items be pulled from the shelves! Will never purchase from this establishment again!!!
