I can not stress enough how amazing this law firm is! They are professional and explain everything to you so you understand the entire process from start to finish. They made it a point to check on me and mine during all of this crazy covid nonsense and the freak winter storm that we were hit with. This law firm is unbelievable! I recently had a car accident last April and decided to give this law firm a chance and boy when I tell you they are full of it ! That’s exactly what i mean! They never have an accurate answer for any of the questions that you have their front desk assistant Tonia Dodd rudely hung up in my face because i asked to speak to someone else ! Once i finally got someone else on the line who is the “head manager “ Trish Lander couldn’t tell me anything about my case as well , me thinking since she is the manager she would be able to do her job but , i was wrong she repeatedly yelled and hung up on me twice and admitted to hanging up in my face! Something needs to be done with the staff because they are unorganized, unethical, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will do everything i can to make sure this is handled because i shouldn’t be treated as such!

From day one, Rick McGuire’s office has been responsive, professional and thorough. Their investigator was at my house collecting case facts the day after I called their office! Amanda is always informative and patient when I call. Although I’m a paralegal, I know when I’m out of my league! I’m grateful to have a competent, professional team of experts on my side. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone who was in a accident.My case manager was very prompt getting all information and documents that was required for my case.nShe was very responsive when any communication was required letting me know what was going on and to sit back and rest and let her do her job and to be patient and if it's anything needed please don't hesitate to contact her.while waiting for this lawsuit to process.nMore than anything i was impressed with the timely manner to do anything that was done majority of lawyers take their precious time but my lawyer moved swiftly.nThanks Rick McGuire
