I went in to get a alignment on my 2019 ford fusion and it took quite a long time only to find out that my tie rods were broken and they already replaced them without telling me. I asked to see the old ones and they brought them to me looking perfectly fine which turns out that is their way of trying to charge me an extra $300. I will not be going back and will take my business somewhere else!
1/10 wouldn’t recommend for anyone to bring their car here considering they charged me $104.00 for an inspection and then charged my boyfriend $55. I highly think they judged me considering I am a woman thinking I would be oblivious to it but I was not. When my boyfriend told me how little they charged him for an inspection I am very disturbed and would like $50 back at least. They also tried charging me to put a catalytic converter in my car for $1500. I looked up the part myself and found it for $172. I wonder where they came up with all that money for labor. Very disturbing and I recommend you going to ATS!!! ud83dude07
Unprofessional and uneducated. Did nothing but waste my time, and to me thats more valuable than any amount of money.
Broke down on interstate and limped into the shop. Got me in right away, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Motored on down the road 2 hrs after. Thank you!
