We worked with Ignite Spot for about a year. At the beginning I was very happy and impressed. The sales person is great, the onboarding process amazing and we had great accountant. I had no relationship with our Account Manager. Everything went well for a while until I started seeing a lot of mistakes. It felt like someone new was working on my books without any training. The client advocate was very quick at coordinating a meeting to discuss the issue. My account manager explained what happened and it felt great how the handled the problem. I kept seeing mistakes and totally realized that they were not honest to me so I decided to stop the services. It seems that they are outsourcing bookkeeping abroad and I don’t feel comfortable having strangers in other countries accessing our information. I hope this gets improved for their current and future clients. Trust is very important at handing your books to someone else.
